What are Swag Levels?
Swag.com rewards customers by offering discounts on future purchases based on the purchases you’ve already made! When you spend money on an order, you are awarded 3 points per dollar spent. When you reach a certain amount of points, you level up!
At each level, you will receive a promo code that you can use on your future orders. Think of it as our way of saying, “thank you for being a customer, it’s nice doing business with ya!”
How do I level up?
Creating a Swag.com account will immediately award you 250 points. Levels are cumulative - points do not reset after a level is achieved.
Level 1 - 5,000 pts - $100
Level 2 - 10,000 pts - $200
Level 3 - 50,000 pts - $500
Level 4 - 100,000 pts - $1,000
Level 5 - 200,000 pts - $2,000
Level 6 - 500,000 pts - $4,000
Level 7 - 1,000,000 pts - $8,000
Level 8 - 2,000,000 pts - $15,000
Where can I check how many points I have?
In the upper right hand corner of our homepage, click ‘My Orders”, and then you’ll see this information at the top of the page. (NOTE - you must be logged in)
How can I redeem my Levels?
You can redeem your Levels by requesting a Levels promo code via chat or by reaching out to customer@swag.com. Once you have your promo code, you can use it during checkout for your orders.
Are there any limitations to how I can use my promo code?
There are a handful of things to keep in mind when redeeming your Levels promo code:
We recommend using the full value of your promo code in a single order, as codes have a one time use and a new code would need to be provided for any remaining amount
Maximum of two Levels can be combined into a single promo code
Codes can only be applied to full product orders (excludes samples, distributions, and storage fees)
Codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed or retroactively to orders on which the level was actually earned
