Does Swag.com offer Sample products?
Swag.com customers can order samples of most products listed on the website in order to determine whether they will fit their gifting and swag needs. Samples can be ordered in the upper right hand corner of each product page.
What are the types of samples that can be ordered?
We offer two types of samples: Blank & Printed.
What is a Blank Sample?
Blank samples will not have your printed design on it. Instead, it will either be a sample of the product with a pre-selected design, or no design included. We cannot guarantee that your blank sample will actually be ‘blank’. Blank samples are typically recommended when you want to see the product quality. We can typically ship blank samples domestically within a few days. International shipment delivery times will vary depending on location.
What is a Printed Sample?
Printed samples are single products that contain your custom design on the item. Printed samples are typically recommended when you want to see both the product quality AND what the artwork will look like on your final order. Printed samples will require the listed production time on the site, which varies by product (shown towards the bottom of every product page). If you’re on a tight timeline, a printed sample may not be the best option to meet your in hand date. If you have questions about timelines, you can chat into us or contact us at customer@swag.com!
Can I receive a credit for a sample if I place a full order?
You will receive a credit for the sample that you purchased if you decide to proceed with a full order of the exact product ordered. Printed sample credits will be given when you hit the “reorder” button on the site to place your full order. If you are placing a full order for a blank sample, you can reach out to us directly to get help with your credit for your blank sample. Similar to printed samples, you are eligible to receive a credit for blank samples but only if you order a full order of the exact sample product originally ordered.

What is the Sample Refund/Return policy:
We do not accept returns or refunds for samples. Samples are meant for you to purchase to test if the quality and appearance meet your expectations. If there are any questions you have before placing a sample order, please chat directly with one of our reps!
