How to locate your Inventory and send to multiple addresses:
Step 1:
Your inventory can be accessed by selecting “My Inventory” in the drop down menu below your name.
Products can be shipped in bulk to a single address or distributed to multiple addresses, domestically and internationally.
Step 2:
You will first need to select the products that you are interested in sending. You can do this by hovering over the product and selecting on the triple dot button that will appear on the right side of the product listing.
Multiple products can be sent at the same time by first hovering over the products that you are interested in sending and selecting the product by clicking on the pink circle in the top left corner.
Step 3:
Once you press that triple dot button, you will be able to click the "Send to multiple addresses" button.
Step 4:
You'll be directed to a page where you'll need to first download a CSV template and fill in your recipients' information.
To ensure the site can read the file correctly, please follow the template exactly as it is set up. All headings must remain unchanged, and the format should match that of the two example addresses provided.
After you’ve properly formatted your CSV file, just upload it. Our system will then calculate the distribution fee (which includes shipping and the pick and pack fee) in real time, based on the products and their destinations.
After the shipping fee is paid, we'll send your products to the addresses listed in your CSV.
Please be aware that once distributions are submitted, we cannot cancel or modify the addresses provided. If you're uncertain about the accuracy of any address, please verify it with the recipients before submission.
CSV FAQ's
What is required on the CSV?
Sizing needs to be XS, S, M, 2XL etc. (not spelled out ex. “Small, Medium” and no “XXL”)
Email address field needs to be listed
Phone numbers must be entered for international shipments
Zip code has to be entered with ‘0 or reformat the column to be text (ex. 1234 vs. 01234)
Women’s and men's apparel → every apparel item has to have a size listed adjusting the quantity to 1 or 0
If a recipient is receiving more than 1 size of an apparel item, they will need to have their name listed twice on separate lines for each size
Having trouble uploading your CSV? Try these tips and tricks :
Country names need to be abbreviated (ex. US, Canada, CA, UK, etc.)
State names need to be abbreviated (ex. AZ, TX, GA, etc.)
Zip codes
Needs to have the leading zeros formatted
Canadian zipcodes need to be formatted correctly to have the space included (ex. T6X 1N4 vs. T6X1N4)
International phone numbers are automatically formatted with exponents but need to be formatted correctly (ex. 573005000000 vs. 5.73005E+11)
If a customer is not getting one of the apparel’s selected, they will need to input a size and the quantity 0
You cannot select more that 1 size for 1 apparel item without starting a new line (which would create a separate shipment) so you would need to use our send to one address shipping method instead
If you have multiple items that have the same name, on the page where you can download the csv template/upload the csv, it will list the items in order on the template
The csv template needs to be formatted exactly the way it is on the template, any changes to the title names or the columns our site will not upload
Food items cannot be shipped internationally
Can I schedule my distributions before my items are in stock in my inventory?
Yes! An Advance Distribution is a feature that will allow a customer to submit the CSV upload or sent to one address for their distributions while their items are still in production.
Advance distribution will help us create a better customer experience by:
Allowing us to distribute items as soon as they are received in the warehouse and added to the customer’s closet, rather than run into potential delays with the set up of the spreadsheet
Eliminating the extra time it takes right now for a customer to prepare the CSV after the items are added to their closet - now they can do this while their items are in production
Supporting the quick turnaround times associated with Super Speed box orders
